Every founder believes their idea is validated. Almost none of them are — not in the way that actually reduces build risk. Over dozens of engagements we've refined a two-week process that turns a hunch into evidence.
We start with eight to ten structured interviews with people who match the target customer profile. The goal isn't to pitch the idea — it's to understand the problem well enough to know if the idea is even the right shape.
We turn the sharpest version of the idea into a clickable prototype and put it back in front of five to seven of the same users. Their reactions — not our opinions — decide what makes it into the build plan.
Two weeks feels slow when you're eager to build. It's fast compared to the alternative: three months of engineering spent on the wrong thing.

This is exactly the process we walked our last three clients through — works every time.
